Designed for pups 8-18 weeks old, the class will run for 1 hour from 6pm – 7pm every Tuesday for 6 weeks.
The classes are limited to a maximum of 12 dogs. All dogs must be under 18 weeks at the start of the course. Our classes cover all aspects of behaviour including toileting, feeding, first aid, advanced training, jumping up, weekly competitions, recall, walking to heel & general problems with adolescent dogs.
The classes are run by Louise Rawlinson. Louise is an incredibly experienced dog trainer who started her career dog walking over 20 years ago. She trained under her dad, Stan Rawlinson “The Dog Listener”, and has now trained thousands of dogs herself! To this day, Louise runs a dog training & day-care business, Paws Academy, a dog-friendly café in Hampton Hill, Paws for Coffee, and The Dog Store in Hampton with everything you need for you beloved including Dog Grooming.

Yes, it’s beneficial for all family members to attend so everyone is consistent with commands and training methods at home.
Our trainers are skilled at managing different temperaments and will provide guidance on how to handle any issues. We also offer private training sessions so your dog can receive training without other dogs around. Learn more about private training sessions here.
It’s best to inform the trainer in advance if you know you will miss a class. We recommend attending all classes in the course as new skills will be learnt and built upon each week. It may be possible to book a private session for an additional fee to make up for any sessions missed. However class schedules and 'homework' will be shared weekly so you can always catchup yourselves.
